If you are a food or wine business owner, what do you want to learn about using social media for running your business?

Hey Mel… We are interested in the Do’s & Don’t of twitter. Some key ways to make sure you are making your interactions meaningful for your customers and give them a reason to seek you out. Also have heard twitter is good for getting on the radar of some food writers, any advice on this would be great! Some advice on how much to use facebook and twitter to direct customers to the other site? Regularity of updates would be great. We want to get the balance of promo to information right with our comm’s.
Cheers Biagio Rest
Sounds like a valuable morning Mel- hope you had a good turnout – am sure you would have.
