As someone who loves food and travel, I’m always open to try new foods, cookbooks and food- or travel-related products. I am also delighted to receive invitations to events or to try products.
If you would like to discuss how we can work together on a food, travel or a healthy-lifestyle project please get in touch as there are lots of options for how we can collaborate. For example, I could:
- develop a new recipe using your product – see example
- write a sponsored product review – see example
- run a sponsored competition – see example
- write a sponsored featured story
- also available – banner advertising, email newsletter articles, ambassadorships and more – just ask me.
I accept financial compensation for sponsored features, reviews, giveaways/competitions, recipe development, banner advertising and more. However please be aware that:
- I always disclose any products or experiences that were provided for free or subsidised cost or that are sponsored in any way
- if I don’t like what you send I simply won’t discuss it on the blog (but I would be happy to provide direct feedback if that is something you want)
- I only agree to work with brands that fit my personal philosophies and whose products I genuinely love and use.
Please be aware that it takes considerable time to prepare a blog post, and that this time usually includes researching, developing a recipe, cooking, testing, photographing, writing, publishing and promoting a post on your product. For this reason a fee is usually charged. This fee does not include influencing my opinion about what I write.
If you send me products or samples please be aware that the only free publicity it may get is via the In my Kitchen monthly post. I may also choose to promote your product via my instagram, twitter and/or facebook accounts.
Please note I also feature products I love without being asked by the brand or a PR representative. This is because I want to share my love of the product.
I put a lot of time and energy in my blog, and therefore I believe I should sometimes be compensated. Consequently, I do accept advertising, as well as participate in various affiliate programs which provide income. I only promote products that I personally use or can recommend without hesitation.
Sometimes I link to affiliate links. This simply means sometimes I recommend a product or service and if you choose to purchase that product or service via my recommendation, I will get a small referral commission. Of course, this is at no extra cost to you. I appreciate your support when you purchase in this way.
Please contact me if you require additional information, to discuss sponsorship opportunities or to receive my media kit.
